Installing Station Manager

Prev Next

Installation of Station Manager includes both the client and server components installed on a single computer, with the current user belonging to the Station Manager Administrators user group.

Station Manager can be installed by a Triton Digital Implementation Specialist, Project Manager, or support agent, or you can install it yourself. However, do not install Station Manager on your own without first discussing it with your Triton Digital Solutions Specialist or Client Success Manager.

Important!
  1. It is critical that your Windows operating system has been updated with all available updates. The installer might fail if your Windows installation is not fully up-to-date.
  2. Ensure the IP addresses mentioned in Firewall Settings are open!
  3. See the recommendations under Antivirus Settings.
