If you need to troubleshoot Station Manager, you can generate a ZIP file containing diagnostic data that you can sent to Triton Digital Customer Support.

To send diagnostic data to Customer Support:

  1. From the Help menu, select Send diagnostic data.

    A compressed file is generated in the following directory:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Triton Digital\Station Manager\Server\Data\
    Filename: diag_YYYYMMDD_HRMMSS.zip (where YYYYMMDD is today's date and HRMMSS is the exact time the report was created).
  2. Send the resulting file to Customer Support. (If you do not already have an open case, create a case before you send the file.)
