If you need to troubleshoot Station Manager, you can generate a ZIP file containing diagnostic data that you can sent to Triton Digital Customer Support.
To send diagnostic data to Customer Support:
- From the Help menu, select Send diagnostic data.
A compressed file is generated in the following directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Triton Digital\Station Manager\Server\Data\
Filename:diag_YYYYMMDD_HRMMSS.zip
(whereYYYYMMDD
is today's date andHRMMSS
is the exact time the report was created). - Send the resulting file to Customer Support. (If you do not already have an open case, create a case before you send the file.)
