Most TAP Settings can only be created and modified by Organization Administrators.

Every TAP user belongs to at least one team. To add, edit, or delete users, and to add users to teams, use TAP Settings > Organization > Users.
Access:
Content Access provides access to stations/podcasts based on settings in the Triton User Management application. See Content Targeting and Content Access and Content Access Control (CAC) and TAP.
Teams provide access to campaigns and their flights based on the user's team membership and the campaign's association with the team.
Content access overrules team access. For example, if a user is a member of "Team A" but does not have content access to "Station B," that user will not see campaigns or reporting data for flights from Team A that target Station B. For more information, see Reporting and Content Access.
Disclosure: Some Triton Digital employees, such a Customer Support agents, will sometimes mimic TAP users for troubleshooting and support. Any changes to TAP will appear in audit trail logs with the Triton Digital employee’s account.
TAP Users and the Triton Console
Important!
Users should already exist as a Triton User in the Triton User Management application before you create or use them in TAP. It is possible to add the user in TAP first and then add them in User Management, but TAP will show an error message ("Bad request: username not found") until the Triton User is created. As a best-practice, we suggest creating the Triton User first, which will then be verified by TAP when creating the TAP user.
User management functions are now performed in the Triton User Management application.
TAP user creation involves:
- Creating a Triton User in the Triton User Management application if they do not already exist there. (See: Triton User Management.)
- Applying content access control (CAC) restrictions to the user to limit their access to certain stations or podcast.
- Adding the Triton User (from Triton User Management) to TAP in the TAP User Management page.
- Assigning the user a role in TAP.
If the Triton User does not already exist in Triton User Management, you will see an error message ("Bad request: username not found"). If that happens, after creating the TAP user you should then go to Triton User Management and create the user there, with the exact same username. Ideally, you should create the Triton User first. Note that the user role that is defined in the Triton User Management is ignored for TAP.
TAP user roles are defined within TAP, not the Triton User Management application. However, any Content Access Control (CAC) settings you apply to the user in the User Management application are carried over into TAP. This means the user will only be able to create and access campaigns and flights for stations that the CAC settings allow. For more information, see Content Access Control and TAP.
Also note: the user status as displayed in TAP refers to their status within TAP. It doesn't necessarily correspond to the user's status in the User Management application. For more information, see Triton User Management.

Content Access Control (CAC) and TAP
You can restrict a user's access to specified stations or podcasts via the Content Access Control (CAC) settings in the Triton User Management application. For example, you might want to limit traffickers' access to only the stations in their markets. This creates two types of users in TAP:
All content access: user has access to all of the publisher's stations/podcasts.
Limited content access: user only has access to stations/podcasts as specified in the CAC section of the Console.
Use this feature with caution, as restricting access can affect the user's ability to use some TAP features. For example, a trafficker with limited content access cannot create an all content delivery flight. Also, limited content access users cannot target Station Tags or content tags, and their access to some TAP reporting can be affected. (See Forecasting Usage Notes.)
A TAP user can check their content access status by opening the User/Organization menu:
