TAP's hierarchical structure is composed of users, teams, and organizations.

Organizations

Organization settings for Organization administrators are described here.

The top level of TAP's structure is the organization. Typically, there is only one organization per publisher, but in some cases there could be other organizations available, such as for testing or training.

Assuming you have only one organization as a publisher, that organization is automatically selected for you when you log into TAP. Otherwise, when you log in you are sent to the same organization you were in when you last logged out of TAP. If you need to work in a different organization, select Switch Organization from the Organization Menu, then find and select the organization you want:

  1. Organization Menu.

  2. Current organization indicator.

  3. Switch organization.

  4. Organization filter; you can filter by organization name or publisher ID.

  5. List of organizations.

If you do not see the Switch organization item on the Organization Menu, it could be because your publisher has only one organization, or it could be because your user role does not allow for switching organizations.

Tip:

If an advertiser, campaign, or flight is open when you switch to a different organization, you might see an error message saying the item could not be loaded. This simply means the item you had open before switching is not found in the organization you switched to. The solution is to simply click View all to reload the page with the items from the organization you switched to.
