In the "goal" found in the summary of Campaign affidavits, is it the goal based on the date range of the report or the full goal of the campaign? | The campaign goal found in Campaign affidavit summary is based on the report date range. |
In TAP Explore, can I see the programmatic revenue? | TAP Explore only provides the programmatic impressions, as that is what the delivery engine sees (not the revenue). All revenue transactions occur in between the SSP and the DSP. To get the revenue, you will need to go to Manadge. |
In TAP Explore, when would I use the Segment PoP report type? | Segment PoP (Proof of Performance) is used to report on specific campaigns that used DMP targeting. It provides DMP segment distribution per flight using DMP segments. |
Can I forecast on DMP segments? | Yes, using the Audience targeting filter. Note that for a reliable forecast, you need to wait 28 days after the segment was pushed to your TAP organization. If using TrueAudience segments, you will need to wait 28 days after the product was enabled for you. |
How is the total inventory generated? | Our algorithm looks at the past 28 days of activity across your network or specific stations/podcast, if you have used the Station filter. By activity we mean all impressions delivered (regular, filler and programmatic) as well as what we call ‘missed opportunities’ (when an ad request came in but was not fulfilled for various reasons). When we are looking at the past 28 days, we are looking day per day and then sum up all Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays etc. to get an average by day of the week. Then, according to the date range selected in the forecasting query, we multiply each past day of the week. Example: if you are forecasting for November, we would multiply each past average of Tuesdays and Wednesdays by 5 and the other days of the week by 4, and then sum up these days to get the Total number in the result of the query. |
If looking to forecast "share of voice" amounts, should we remove the frequency capping? | If you are looking to book a sponsorship SOV, do not use IAB category filters. If you are looking to book a standard flight with SOV, make sure to include IAB category filters. |
I need a refresher on how to understand the data to forecast data. | Please review the recording of the "Reliable Forecasting Queries" webinar. |
I would love to know how to accurately forecast whether a campaign is likely to fully deliver based on all the targeting within the Flight before pushing live. | We are currently working on a widget in the flight that would do this. No ETA at this time. |
