You can submit podcasts to Apple Podcasts for non-subscriber content. To submit a podcast to Apple Podcasts, you need to provide Apple Podcast Connect with your Omny RSS feed URL.

Apple regularly checks your Omny RSS feed for new episodes and other updates. The information Apple Podcasts displays about your podcast is based on your latest RSS feed. Any changes you make to your RSS feed can take a few hours to appear on Apple Podcasts. For details, see RSS feed refresh.
Requirements
To submit an Omny playlists’s RSS to Apple Podcasts, you must have an Apple Podcasts Connect account. For details, see Get Started with Apple Podcasts.
Submit an RSS Feed to Apple Podcasts
Once you have at least one piece of content in your feed and have made your podcast playlist Public, you're ready to submit to Apple Podcasts. You only need to submit your RSS feed once.

Find the playlist to submit.
Copy your playlist’s RSS feed into the clipboard. See RSS Feeds.
In the Details tab, expand Submit your podcast to podcast directories then select Submit to Apple Podcasts to open a new tab or window for Apple Podcasts Connect.
Login in to your Apple Podcasts Connect account.
Follow the steps in Apple’s Submit a new show.
Submit Video Content to Apple Podcasts with RSS
While you can submit RSS feeds of video-first Omny playlists to Apple Podcasts, HLS (HTTP live streaming) video is Apple’s preferred way to distribute video content. For details, see Get Started with Apple Podcasts.
If you choose to continue to submit your video playlist’s RSS feed, Apple recommends creating a separate video-first version of the playlist. With the following setup, listeners using Apple Podcasts can choose to get either audio or video versions of your podcast. For details, see Apple’s Video podcasts using RSS.

In Omny Studio, create two playlists, one for audio, the other for video.
Audio-first playlist: In the Settings tab, check Audio-first then select Save changes.
Video-first playlist: In the Settings tab, check Video-first then select Save changes.
Both playlists should contain the same clips, video and audio. For related information, see Duplicate an episode.
Give the video-first playlist the same name as the audio-first playlist and add “(Video)”, or something similar. Example: If the audio-first play list is named “Retro Sailing Surprise”, then name the video-first playlist as “Retro Sailing Surprise (Video)”.

After You Have Submitted Your RSS Feed
Once you've you've submitted your podcast, Apple sends you an email to confirm your podcast is under review. If approved, Apple sends you another confirmation email indicating your submission review is complete. Your confirmation email also includes the link to your active podcast. It can take up to 10 business days to have your feed approved.
Once your podcast status is Published, you can click on it to update any information, and find your Apple Podcasts URL.
If there was an issue with your podcast, Podcasts Connect displays warning and error messages along with the current status of your podcast. Fix any validation warnings or errors and submit your podcast again. Podcasts Connect adds your podcast to the dashboard only after a successful submission.
