Once you have set up your Omny playlist, you can continue to work in Omny Studio to distribute your video content in Apple Podcasts. There’s no need to manually sync content between Omny Studio and Apple Podcasts.

Omny automatically sends your Omny playlist’s video clips to Apple Podcasts. When you add new clips to a playlist, Omny Studio transfers them immediately to Apple Podcasts.
If you have existing video clips in the playlist, Omny Studio also transfers them to Apple Podcasts. It can take some time for the videos to appear in Apple Podcasts.
