TAP's universal search tool lets you search advertisers, campaigns, and flights from one search field. Simply enter a full or partial keyword, or full ID number, into the search field to see matching items.
Filtering
TAP's filtering system makes it easy for you to find campaigns, flights, advertisers, and more. Filters appear on any page that includes lists, such as the list of advertisers, campaigns, or flights. The various filters work all the same way, although the filter options change depending on the context.
Quick Filters
Use quick filters to quickly narrow the scope of the items that are displayed in the current list according to pre-defined filter presets. For example, the Flights list contains two sets of quick filters:
- Flight condition quick filters, where you can filter according to various conditions such as "Not archived," "Missing creative," and "Draft."
- User/team quick filters, where you can filter according to the person or team who created the flight. Note that only organization administrators see the "All teams" quick filter.
Quick filters are simply pre-defined presets; when you use a quick filter, the filter options appear in the Filter Flights bar where you can refine them if you wish.
Using Filter Options
For more advanced filtering, use the filter options in the filter bar.
The items that appear in the Filter options drop-down list change, depending on what you are filtering. For example, when filtering flights, the options include flight ID, campaign ID, name, status, teams, same advertiser exclusion, etc. When filtering advertisers, the list includes Currency ISO code, IAB category, agency name, and more. When searching the teams list, on the other hand, you can only search alphabetically.
When you select an option in the filter bar, a panel appears where you can refine the option. Refinements usually include "is" or "is not," but can also include "contains," "does not contain," and others, depending on context.
Filtering is designed to be context-aware and to provide you with a clear and direct path to creating filtered lists.

Stacking Filter Options
You can further refine your filters by adding more filter options. Simply click the Filter options field and select another option from the drop-down list. The resulting list is filtered using all of the stacked options.
