Permissions are self managed.
User access in Omny Studio is self-managed. If you need to change your permissions, please contact someone in your organization who has ‘Manage Users’ permissions.
In Omny Studio, there are three main permission pillars: Organization, Network, and Program.
Organization: The highest permission level, allowing users to set up the Organization, Networks, and Programs.
Network: Users can be invited and granted access to one or multiple Networks within an Organization and its Programs.
Program: Specific to individual Programs.
Omny Studio offers flexibility by allowing users to self-manage and control actions through the following options:
Create program
Manage content
View analytics
Manage Users & Permissions
Manage settings
These options can be controlled at each permission level and are explained in detail in the table below.
