Organization-level user access and permissions

Permissions are self managed

User access in Omny Studio is self-managed - if you require different permissions, please contact someone in your Organization with 'manage users' permissions. The instructions below can only be followed by users with 'manage users and permissions' rights.


To manage users at an Organization level, you can head to organisation users using your left hand navigation menu.

To invite a new user go to Organization users:

  1. Click Invite user to organization.

  2. You can add existing Organization users by typing their name or new users by typing their email address.

    3. Select Send invitation to generate an email invitation, upon receipt of the email the invitee will follow a few on-boarding steps and then have access to your organization while existing users will immediately have access to the program.

    4.To set their access permissions, adjust the the options, assign Networks and Programs.


    5. Lastly select Save changes.
