Overview
Use the Audio Insights dashboard tagging solution to create inventory segments based on a set of filter criteria. Buyers or advertisers typically determine filter criteria based on their unique brand or campaign needs.
Creating a Tag
From within Audio Insights, select My Collections (Tags) in the left navigation bar.
Click Create new collection, at the top right, below your account’s icon.
In the resulting window, complete the following:
Name: Enter a name for your tag.
Description: This is an optional field to provide more details about the tag or query filter you’re creating.
Begin entering your filter criteria:
First, determine whether you want your criteria applied as “AND” (All), or “OR” (Any) statements by selecting the appropriate toggle.
Click +Add Filter to select any or all of the remaining criteria options:
Duration = enter a greater than or equal to value in HH:MM:SS (hours:minutes:seconds).
Episode Title = Enter the episode title (must be exact)
Brand Suitability = Select the desired category and then select the risk thresholds
IAB Category = Select the desired category or categories
Named Entity = Insert the desired named entity (people, places, things, etc)
Publish Date = Select the appropriate date as desired
Transcript search terms = Insert the desired search terms that may be found in the transcript
One you have included all the filters you wish to use, click Create Tag to create and save your tag.
Once a tag is created and saved, it is automatically pushed into Megaphone and made available as a Tag within your ad server. Once the Tag is available in your ad server, ad operations or other sales operations teams can apply tags to campaigns where necessary.
Editing Tags
After creating and saving your tag you can edit the description, name, and criteria for the tag. To do so, select Edit from the tag’s Options menu.
The resulting window allows you to view the details of the filters applied within the tag, and to modify its description.
Once you save your changes you cannot restore the previous version. (There is no “undo.”) It can take several hours for the change to propagate to TAP.
Deleting Tags
To delete a tag, select it using the radial button and click the “Delete Tag” button.
