Accessing User Management

To manage users within your organization, navigate to the Settings page.

Understanding the Members List

In the Settings section, you'll find a list of all members currently associated with your organization. This list provides an overview of each member's role, status, and permissions:

  • Role: Each member is assigned a specific role. Roles determine the level of access and permissions a user has within the platform. Admins can invite or remove users from the organization, while regular users cannot. Roles include:

    • User: Can see Audio Insignts analysis, create views, and export content.

    • Admin: Same as “user,” but can also manage content and team.

    • Viewer: Can see Audio Insights analysis but cannot create, edit, or delete collections.

  • Email: The email address linked to each member's account.

  • Status: The status of a member's account is indicated, for example, "Activated," "Expired," or "Invited." This reflects the current state of their access to the platform.
