Xandr/AppNexus is your first and primary source of support for any Xandr/AppNexus related issues. However, the Triton Digital Help Center contains a few items that might help you with some basic problems if you are an AppNexus user. But AppNexus documentation and support always take precedence over any AppNexus articles found in the Triton Digital Help Center.
If you experience delivery problems (zero delivery), check your settings according to the items listed below. Deviation from these settings will result in zero ad delivery. If your ads are delivering but at a lower rate than expected, see the article Troubleshooting Xandr/AppNexus Campaigns (Low Delivery).
Partner Center Settings
Go to the Partner Center and bring up the Triton Digital partner page ("My Settings for Triton Digital" section). Make sure the following settings are made:
Seller Eligibility is "Eligible."
Inventory Trust Level is either "Seller-reviewed" or "All."
Campaign Settings
Check the following campaign settings:
The campaign state is "Active."
In your campaign's Targeting section, under "Inventory Quality," make sure it is set to:
"Serve only on AppNexus-reviewed inventory" with "Also serve on trusted seller-reviewed/unreviewed inventory" checked (recommended), or
"Serve on any inventory."
Also in the Targeting section, if you enabled a frequency cap, make sure "Show to users without cookies." is selected.
Creative Settings
Check the following creative settings.
Make Sure your Creative is "Active"
Creative files in AppNexus can expire, or become "inactive" for a number of reasons. Make sure the creative is included in the "Active" list in the Creative Library. If you don't see it in the Active list, check the Inactive list. If you find it there, re-activate it.
Try the Preview
Try playing the creative in the Secure Preview player.
If the Secure Preview doesn't work, try the Non-Secure Preview.
Check These Settings on the "Creative Details" Section
In the Creative Quality section, make sure Self-Audit is selected.
In the Brand section, make sure a brand is selected. Note that slow delivery could be caused by a brand or its category that is banned by some publishers or under an active frequency cap.
In the Language section, make sure a language is selected. Note that some publishers might ban some languages; using a sometimes-banned language will slow delivery but should not completely stop it.
Double-check your selection(s) in the Sensitive Attributes section. Selecting sensitive attributes can slow your delivery.
Make sure you have confirmed compliance with the AppNexus creative standards.
The image below shows you where to find those items on the Creative Quality section of the Edit Creative panel.
