The Triton Digital Help Center provides you with all the assistance you need in using Triton Digital products. This article introduces the Help Center and shows you where to find what you need and how to navigate and search the site.

Unless otherwise specified, dates in the Triton Digital Help Center are typically presented according to the ISO-8601 standard of YYYY-MM-DD (proceeding from largest time unit to smallest), so 2024-01-02 means “January 2, 2024.”

Navigation

Learn about navigating through the Triton Digital Help Center

Use the Table of Contents on the left to expand the various categories and to find the item you are looking for. You can also use the “IN THIS ARTICLE” table of contents on the right of the page to jump to section headings on the current page.

Seeing What's New (Updates)

Discover how to see what’s new in Triton Digital products and the Help Center

Click the "Updates" link in the top navigation bar of any page to jump to a list of new and recently updated topics in this documentation site. Alternatively, click "Updates: What's New" in the General section of the Table of Contents on the left.

You can also see update indicators in the Table of Contents on the left. A colored dot next to a category title indicates when one or more topics within that category are new or have been updated. (Green means new, yellow means updated.) Expand the category heading to find the new or updated topic. Go to the Updates page to find details about the update.

Using Search

See how to use Search and filtering in the Triton Digital Help Center

Use the search tool at the top of every page, and on the Home page, to search the entire documentation site by keyword.

Tip: If the search tool is unresponsive, simply reload the browser page and try again.

  1. Click the Search box, or hit CMD-K.

  2. Enter a search keyword or phrase.

  3. Apply additional filters if desired.

  4. Top hits are displayed here.

  5. Click More article filters to see full list of results and to apply additional filters.

Limiting Search to a Specific Section

If you would like to limit your search to just one section, such as the Advertising section or the TAP User Guide, go into Advanced Search and choose the the section's category in the Category filter. The example below shows how to use the category filter to limit the search to the Omny Studio section.

  1. Enter a term in the search tool.
  2. Click More article filters.
  3. In the Advanced Filters section, expand the Category filter.
  4. Select Omny studio.
  5. Click Apply.

Inside the Help Center

The Triton Digital Help Center is broken down into the following sections:

  • Get Help: Contains the introduction you are reading now, along with articles about contacting Customer Support, updating your support contact information, and more.

  • General: This section contains important documents for Triton Digital clients that are not specific to individual products. For example, Minimum Service and Technical Requirements, Triton Settings, user management, etc.

  • User Guides: This is where you’ll find the various user guides for Triton Digital products:

    • Advertising: Documentation for advertising-related products such as TAP and TAP Programmatic, as well as more technical information such as the Advertising Technical Specification, the On-Demand Specification, and the Exchange Specification for DSPs.

    • Measurement: Documentation for measurement-related products such as Triton Metrics, as well as various measurement specifications.

    • Streaming: Documentation for streaming-related products such as Station Manager and the Triton Console, as well as more technical information such as the Triton Digital Streaming Specification and streaming SDKs.

    • Third-party CMS Podcasting: Items specific to podcasting with a third-party CMS (excluding Omny Studio, which is documented here).

    • Omny Studio: Full set of help guides for setting up and using Omny Studio.

    • Sounder: Documentation for Sounder, the AI-powered, end-to-end audio intelligence platform that brings together publishers, brands and agencies, ad tech marketplaces, data partners, and creators to revolutionize how audio content is discovered, monetized, and optimized.

    • Partners and Buyers: Documentation for DSPs and other businesses who partner with Triton Digital.

  • Help Center Knowledge Base: Various articles that don’t quite fit into specific product documentation.

  • Triton Academy: Training-oriented documentation and videos, as well as information about Triton Office Hours, Wednesday Webinars, and transcripts of Q&A sessions from both.

Other Documentation

  • Visit the Triton Digital Support Center to browse or search through various knowledge base articles or to submit a ticket to the Triton Digital Customer Support team. Content from the Triton Digital Support Center is being gradually merged into the Help Center Knowledge Base.
