Finance/Accounting FAQ

When should I expect payment for my ad revenue share?

We usually send publisher share payments once a month, on the third week of the month. In addition, we have a minimum of $25 dollars for cheques (to US and Canada only) and a minimum of $500 for electronic fund transfers for payment release.

Why am I not receiving full payment for my monthly revenue share?

According to section 2.2 of your agreement, publisher revenue shares are paid out once Triton receives payments from DSPs/Buyers. DSP payment windows can fluctuate between 60 to 120+ days, and we pay within 30 days of receiving the full payment from the buyers.

How can I match payments to revenues?

You can use the document number field of your report as a reference to identify the DSP and the month in question. The format will look as follow: DSP/year month – sequence number. It will be referenced in both your revenue report and your payment remittance. Example: "AM/202304-1234"

Please also note that Triton acts as an agent, not a principal or guarantor, and that while we work closely with DSPs, we are not responsible for unpaid amounts by buyers.

How do I read the Ad Revenue Share report?

In the summary page of the report, you see DSP with their abbreviations on the left side, and on the right side there is a pivot table that shows your media revenue information by DSP and month.

In the details page, you can find all your transactions lines, impressions, gross amount and net amount. You may also search by date/DSP/deal ID/ etc.

What is the Vendor account details and how do I read it?

The vendor account detail is a statement showing the media revenue that we owe to the publisher and the total remaining amount that we owe. To read it, you may refer to the document number field as follows: DSP/year month – random number.

In the Open column, if it is “no” it means it is already paid. If Open is “yes” it means the media revenue is not yet paid to you. It will be paid once it is collected by Triton from the DSP.
