Any supporting data you may have.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Please create one ticket per issue; if you have two or more issues, create a separate ticket for each one. Keeping multiple issues separate will enable us to route your various issues to the right people and will lead to faster resolution.
Emergency Support Procedure
Triton offers emergency support on a 24/7 basis for customers who have a revenue-affecting emergency or want to escalate a revenue-affecting issue. If:
Your stream is down,
Your listener experience is affected,
Your ads are not delivering, or
You have any other revenue affecting emergency…
Please use one of the emergency support procedures described below.
Emergency Email
This is the best way to get emergency support. Send your emergency inquiry to emergency@tritondigital.com and an agent will reply to your ticket within 60 minutes.
Please do not “CC” the routine customer assistance email when using this emergency procedure. Doing so creates a duplicate ticket in our system, which we will need to manage, taking precious time away from our ability to help you with your emergency.
Optional Emergency Voicemail
As an alternative to the emergency email, you can use our voicemail process to leave a detailed description of the issue. Call the phone line for your region (see below) and leave a recorded message that includes who you are, your company name, and a phone number where you can be reached. An agent will call you back within 60 minutes.
