Opening a support case with Triton’s Partner Team
Please use the form below to create a new case. You will receive an email from our ticketing system after submitting the form. Further communication on the case will be via email.
You can add recipients to the case by adding them (in Cc) to the email thread at any point in time.
Please indicate in the description the integration type for which you are opening this ticket:
DSP: any programmatic marketplace integration (OpenRTB), even if you are not a DSP.
API: any of the following integration: Booking API, Avails API, Metrics API.
DMP: any audience data provider integration (S3 or API), even if you are not a DMP.
