A consolidated view of clip visibility transitions on your organization, networks, and programs.

Use the Scheduled Clips Report to get a consolidated view of clip visibility transitions at the organization, network, or program level. (The levels you can access depend on your permissions settings.) To create a report, go to the reports page for the level you want to see:

  • Organization: Organization reports > Scheduled Clips Report tab

  • Network: Network reports > Scheduled Clips Report tab

  • Program: Program reports > Scheduled Clips Report tab

Creating a Report

To create a report, go to the Scheduled Clips Report tab for the level at which you want to create the report.

Select the optional filters for the report you wish to create, such as:

  • Clip title

    • Enter part or all of the clip title to search for a particular clip.

  • Scheduled publish date

    • Choose a date range and time zone for the scheduled publish dates.

  • Scheduled visibility

    • All visibilities are selected by default. Optionally, de-select one or more visibility types.

  • Filter by network

    • Select one or more networks within the organization (only available in Organization reports)

  • Filter by programs

    • Select one or more programs within the network (only available in Network reports)

Once your filters are selected, click Apply to to run the report. The report appears below the filter section.

Exporting the Report

Once a report has been generated, click Export CSV to download a CSV report to your computer.
