You can require users in your Omny Studio organization to use two-factor authentication (2FA). On their next login, Omny Studio will prompt each of the users in your organization to set up 2FA. When 2FA is required, users can reset their 2FA but can’t disable it.
Help your users set up their own 2FA
To show your users how to set up an authenticator app and pair it to their Omny Studio account, refer them to Enable Two-factor Authentication.
Go to Organization settings > Details.
In Security, check Require two-factor authentication for all users in the organization.
Select Save changes.
