You can add an extra layer of security to your Omny Studio account with two-factor authentication (2FA). With 2FA enabled, Omny Studio requires you to enter an additional code when logging in after you’ve entered password.

Get an Authenticator App
To use 2FA with Omny Studio, you’ll first need an authenticator app. This app generates a Timed One-Time Password (TOTP), which is a 6-digit code that the app refreshes every 30 seconds. You enter this code when Omny Studio prompts when you log in.
Omny recommends that you install one of these on your mobile device:
Keep your authenticator app with you
When 2FA is enabled, you cannot log in to Omny Studio without your authenticator app. If you change your authenticator app or you do not have access to it, see Reset or Disable Two-factor Authentication (2FA).
Enable 2FA for Omny Studio
To enable 2FA, you’ll also need to pair your Omny Studio account with your authenticator app. You only need to do this once.

Go to your Omny Studio Account Settings.
In Security, if Two-factor authentication (2FA) select Enable.
Omny Studio shows a QR code.
In our mobile device’s authenticator app, select the option to add a new account.
With your mobile device’s camera, scan the QR code. Or you can manually enter the code below the QR code in your authenticator app.
Your authenticator app generates a 6-digit code.
In Omny Studio, fill in Enter your 2FA code with the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
Select Enable two-factor authentication.
In Security, verify that the pairing is successful.
