The Frequency® Creative Delivery Report has been replaced by the TAP Explore Creatives Report. For a limited time you can still use the Frequency Creative Delivery Report for past flights or current flights that use the Frequency Creative Manager. Data from Frequency will be migrated to TAP Explore, so all creative delivery reports will then go through TAP Explore. See Transition From Frequency Creative Delivery Reports, below.
The TAP Explore Creatives report shows metrics for creatives used in ads that have played through the Triton Creative Manager, custom VAST URLs, or third-party ad servers. The Creatives report replaces the Frequency® creative report, and provides additional functionality and flexibility. The default report shows impressions and LTR (listen-through rate) but you can add additional metrics as needed.
The TAP Explore Creatives report includes 13 new creative metrics, and four new creative dimensions.
Creatives reports can be split by various dimensions, including Audio Source (the source of the audio creative file, such as the Triton Creative Manager or programmatic audio source).
As with all TAP Explore reports, Creatives report queries can be saved and scheduled.

Quick Link Reports
When you click a Creatives report quick link for a flight or campaign, TAP Explore opens with the report set up and ready to run.
The report is pre-filled with the relevant campaign/flight information as well as useful and relevant metrics and dimensions selections. You can modify those selections if you wish.
The report’s date range is pre-filled with the campaign/flight’s date range, with the same date range extension as is applied to TAP affidavits (described below). You have the choice of modifying the date range if you prefer.
Date range extension: When you run a Creatives report by following a quick link in a TAP campaign or flight, the date range is extended by two days on either side of start/end date. This is done to account for timezone differences between when impressions are recorded and how they are read by the reporting engine. For example:
If a campaign begins on February 1 in timezone UTC-5, and your Creatives report starts on February 1 UTC, there is a five hour range where recorded impressions are seen by the reporting engine as happening before February 1.
The -2/+2 extension to the date range ensures all of the campaign’s impressions, on either side of the UTC date range window, are captured in the Creatives report.
However, this -2/+2 extension is only applied when you use the default campaign date range pulled in from TAP; if you select a custom date range, it is not applied.
During the transition from Frequency creative to TAP Explore creative delivery reports, you will sometimes see both options on your flight and campaign Options menus. For details, see Transition From Frequency Creative Delivery Reports, below.

Transition From Frequency Creative Delivery Reports
Reporting directly from Frequency will be deprecated in November, 2024. In order to maintain historic data, Triton has migrated 13 months of Frequency creative data and is making it available during the transition period (late 2024 to late 2025 – exact dates are different for each organization) in the same way it was before the move to the Triton Creative Manager: via the flight and campaign Options menus.
If the campaign or flight only has Triton Creative Manager delivery data available, your only option will be the TAP Explore creative delivery report.
If the campaign or flight has migrated Frequency creative delivery data available, you will see two creative delivery report options on the Options menu:
Whether or not the campaign or flight includes migrated data from Frequency is typically is a function of the flight’s start- or end-dates and if Frequency was used as the creative manager.
Exporting the migrated data reports is done the same as when you exported from Frequency; however, the migrated data is converted to UTC in keeping with all Triton reports. Anything beyond the 13 months from the migration date of your Frequency data will no longer be available. As with the Frequency creative delivery reports before the migration, the report only includes data for creatives hosted on Frequency.
Key Points:
Migrated data is available for 13 months from the date you create the report; not 13 months from the start-date in your report. For example, if you create a report in early December 2024, you will have access to data going back to early November 2023, regardless of the start- and end-dates you enter for the report.
The migrated Frequency creative report only includes data for creatives hosted on Frequency; it does not include data for creatives managed in the Triton Creative Manager nor for creatives delivered via third-party VAST URL.
The TAP Explore Creatives report can include some data from Frequency, depending on start date of the flight being reported. The report options you see is a reflection of the data available to you, as described below:
If the flight ends on or before 2024-07-31, the only creative delivery report option is the migrated Frequency creative delivery report.
If the flight starts before 2024-08-01 and extends beyond 2024-08-27, you might see two report options; in this case you need to use both options to get the full creative impressions story:
(Migrated) Frequency creative delivery report (only shows the Frequency data).
TAP Explore Creatives report (shows captured data from both Frequency and the new Triton Creative Manager).
If the flight starts on or after 2024-08-01, the only option is the TAP Explore Creatives report.
Once the 13-month transition period has passed (late 2025), the migrated data from Frequency will no longer be available.
Creatives Report Usage Notes
Programmatic reporting: Dimensions related to Campaigns, Flights, and the Creative File Name are not yet enabled to capture programmatic creative. These dimensions should only be used for direct flights managed through the Triton Creative Manager or Frequency.
You may see a minor variance in the impression figures between the Impression and Creative reports, possibly leading to a slightly reduced count of creative impressions. (Most variance ranges from 0-2%). This discrepancy is likely attributed to the fact that creative impressions need to synchronize with the quartile events; when the quartile tracker is absent, our system cannot register that impression in the Creative report. We are actively working to minimize these discrepancies and, in where possible, eliminate them. Please contact support and let us know if you observe any differences greater than 5%.
