Most TAP Settings can only be created and modified by Organization Administrators.
Prior to March 2022, all audio creatives coming from programmatic buyers were transcoded for audio normalization. However, current industry standards are such that this is no longer unnecessary. This feature is optional for on-demand content; if you prefer to use transcoded audio, you can enable it here.
This is an optional setting that only applies to on-demand content.
By default, transcoding for audio normalization is not enabled. This means the audio creative from the buyer is not transcoded before it is sent to the publisher. You have the option to enable audio normalization, but be aware that this can add processing time, which can result in bids being rejected.
