This section describes the user interface of the Station Manager client GUI and explain the tasks you can perform using the client. They assume you are an “admin” user.
The Station Manager client GUI is composed of two sections:
- Server Components: The Server Components area shows the stations you have set up, the mounts for each media stream, and related information. Each tab represents a view into a component that only appears when you are connected to the server.
- Advanced View: The Advanced view at the bottom of the GUI displays log information for events pertaining to the Station Manager client as a whole. Note that each component tab also has an Advanced area for displaying logs and related information for that component’s activities.
All sections of the Station Manager client GUI are resizable, and their internal components are collapsible.
