Occasionally you might need to dynamically serve a silent creative. However, TAP will not serve a creative file that is perfectly silent. In such a case, serve an audio file that uses inaudible sound.
For example, you can download and use this mp3 file: 1sec1hz.zip
... which is one second long at an inaudible 1Hz. You will need to un-ZIP the file before using it.
