This feature is designed for podcast publishers who host their podcasts on Omny Studio and traffic ad creative via the Triton Creative Manager. It is enabled on a per-publisher basis.
Use the Omny Upload option to create a flight in TAP that sources its creative from the Omny Studio creative manager. This is useful for host-read ads, where the podcast team can upload the creative in their familiar Omny Studio environment, but the creative can be trafficked using TAP’s advanced features. The workflow is more efficient for Omny podcasters than using TAP for all aspects of creative management and trafficking.

Here’s an overview of how it works:
TAP Trafficker
Creates the flight in TAP.
Uses the Omny Upload creative option to create a “container” for the creative, and to assign it to a podcast.
Trafficker sees “Draft” notification on the flight until the podcast host completes the next step.
Podcast Host (or Producer)
In Omny Studio, the host/producer sees the flight created by the trafficker.
The host/producer uploads creative from within Omny Studio.
The flight is eligible to deliver as soon as the podcast host/producer completes the upload of the creative (and the flight’s start date arrives).
Creating an Omny Upload Flight (TAP)
Omny Upload flights are created the same way as any other flight, with the following differences:
Content Targeting
Typically, if using the Omny Upload option to target a specific creative to a specific podcast, you should select that podcast in the flight’s content targeting options. Remember: the podcast selected in the Omny Upload option does not affect or override you flight’s targeting options; it is simply assigning the Omny Uploader to the selected podcast. You still need to target that podcast in content targeting.

Status Notifications
After the trafficker uses the Omny Upload option to create the container for the creative, notifications in TAP provide guidance as to the readiness status of the creative.

Draft means the creative is not yet ready to publish.
The orange warning shows that the flight is not yet live.
“Awaiting audio” means the audio creative has not yet been added by the host/producer in Omny Studio. Once it is added, the creative details can be seen in the fields to the right.
Trafficker has the option to click Upload via Omny and see which podcast the creative container is assigned to. They can also change the assignment to a different podcast.
Click Edit Ads to edit the ad units and groups that you uploaded.
To clear the creative (or creative container), click More Options and select Clear Creative.
Uploading Creative (Omny)
The Ad audio item on the Omny Studio main menu indicates when one or more flights require audio creative.

To add audio to a flight from TAP:
When you see an indicator on the Ad audio menu that flights are ready to receive their audio uploads, go to the Ad audio page.
In the Ad audio page, look for the flights that needs audio. (Look for the Upload audio button.)
To add the audio to a flight, first confirm that the flight name is the same as the flight name provided by the TAP trafficker.
Click Upload Audio for that flight.
In the Edit audio dialog that appears, click Upload audio.
Your computer’s file selector appears; select the audio file you wish to use.
Once the file is uploaded, you can preview the audio, and optionally replace it with a different audio file.
When finished, close the Edit audio dialog.
Omny Creative Notes
Uploaded creative files must be between 1-600 seconds in duration.
Once a creative file is uploaded it cannot be deleted within Omny Studio. It can be deleted in the Triton Creative Manager by a TAP user. In Omny you can, however, replace a flight’s creative:
Click Replace audio on the Ad audio page. In the Edit audio dialog, click Replace audio and select another audio file from your computer.
