Reading the Graphs
Connection Analysis creates two graphs:
Connection Time Interval
Connection Time Interval is a sunburst graph that shows six segments, in which each segment represents an interval:
- 1 to 5 minutes
- 5 to 30 minutes
- 30 to 60 minutes
- 1hour to 2 hours
- 2 hours to 8 hours
- More than 8 hours
Each segment indicates the number and percentage of listeners which stayed connected for that interval for the selected filters (e.g., for the selected the stations during the selected date range and dayparts). The behavior is similar to the sunburst graphs in Webcast Charts. Hover your cursor over a segment to see details about that particular segment.
The data can be exported as a branded XLSX file.
- Hover over a segment to see...
- That segment's details in the center of the diagram. In this example, 3,704 connections (40%) were connected for 5 to 30 minutes. Percentage is rounded to the nearest whole number.
- The segment's corresponding item in the sidebar graph is highlighted. Percentage is rounded to the first decimal.
Granular Interval Connection Time
Granular Interval Connection Time shows a bar graph with a more granular breakdown of intervals than is found in the sunburst graph. Hover your cursor over a segment to see details about that particular segment. The data can be exported as a branded XLSX file to see the precise numbers.
