The Monitoring page (Streaming > Monitoring) page shows you Average Users, stream status, and cue point status for your stations.

To receive cue point status information, you first have to enable cue point monitoring.

When you arrive at the Station Monitoring page and select a broadcaster from the Navigator, you are presented with a high-level status view of the broadcaster. The stations are listed, and colored indicators provide status on each station's stream and cue points (see Status Indicators below). It also shows the monitoring email address if you entered one in the Monitoring Configuration section of the station configuration.

Monitoring Cue Points

You can monitor your station's cue point status at the station level and at the mount level. In the Streaming Console, go to the Streaming menu and select Monitoring. Then select your broadcaster in the Navigation section.

  3. Gray = Cue point monitoring not enabled on this station.

  4. Red, yellow, or green = Cue point monitoring is enabled on this station.

  5. Note: when this is checked, only stations with problems are listed.

At the broadcaster level, the monitoring screen gives you a high-level view of what's going on. Each station has an indicator dot for stream status and for cue point activity. (The Email column shows the email address that is associated with cue point alerts.)
