Reset your Omny Studio account password by following the below steps;
1. Start by clicking “Forgot password?” on the log in screen. 
Enter the email address used to create your Omny Studio account and select “Reset password”
3. You will receive an on screen message to advise that Omny studio has sent you a email, to continue click “Rest my password” button in your email. 
4. Enter a New password then re enter to confirm, select “Reset password” button. 
5. If your organisation uses our two-factor authentication feature, you will need to authenticate using your organisation’s chosen authentication code delivery method. Select Verify once you have entered your code. 
6. Once you have Verified yourself in the step above you will be automatically logged into your Omny studio account. You will also receive an email to advise that your password has changed.
