Resetting a Password
You can reset a user’s password by selecting Reset Password from the user’s Options menu (in either the users list or the user’s profile page).
After you select Reset password, an email is sent to the user with a link that lets them reset their password. If the user ignores the password reset email, their password is not reset.
Do not use Reset password if you simply need to block a user from accessing their account; in that case use Disable user.
Disabling and Re-enabling a User
To disable a user from logging into their account, select Disabled from their Status setting in the users list, or their user profile. Disabling a user is not the same as deleting a user.
The user is not notified that their access has been disabled.
To re-enable the user, select select Active from their Status setting in the users list, or their user profile.
Viewing Audit Logs
You can view a user’s Audit log by selecting Audit log from the user’s Options menu (in either the users list or the user’s profile page).
