For information on targeting with station tags, see the TAP User Guide.
Use Station tags to target advertising to specific stations or groups of stations. Station tag use is a two step process:
Creating Station Tags
To create station tags:
- Go to the Triton Settings page.
- In Advertising Settings, select Station Tags.
- Click +New tag.
- Enter a new tag in the Tag value field. Tag must contain at least three characters. Do not include spaces or special characters such as: - !@#$%?()/\+=(The following characters are permitted:- -_'&;:)
- Click Create tag, or Create tag & create another.
Assigning Stations to Station Tags
Once you create a station tag you then assign one or more stations to the tag. Traffickers can then target those stations by targeting the station tag.
To assign stations to a station tags:
- If you have many tags, narrow the list of visible tags by searching for the one you want using the Search by tag name filter.
- Once you've found the tag you want to assign stations to, click its Options button and select Assign stations:
- In the Assign Stations panel, select the stations you want to assign to the tag. - If many stations are listed, use the filter to narrow the list.
- Be sure to check the station ID number if you have many stations (station names are not necessarily unique, but station IDs are).

- Click Assign.

- Stations filter.
- Select stations in the left panel.
- Selected stations are listed on the right side.
Removing Stations from Station Tags
To remove a station from a station tag, simply do the reverse of assigning it to the tag:
- Locate the station tag in the Station Tags window.
- Select Assign Stations from the Options menu.
- In the Assign Stations panel, un-select the station you want to remove from the tag.
- Click Assign.
The list of stations assigned to that tag is updated, and the tag is no longer assigned to the station you un-selected.
Once you remove all station assignments from a tag, you can then delete the tag. You cannot delete a station tag if it assigned to a station.
