You can make a program’s clips available to other programs by sharing a playlist. This is useful when creating an aggregate playlist.
Sharing a playlist makes its clips available to all programs in an Omny Studio organization. However, a clip from a shared playlist stays in the program where it was created. Omny doesn’t copy shared clips that other programs use.

Find the playlist that contains the clips that you want to share.
In the playlist, select Details.
Scroll down to Advanced settings and expand it.
Check Allow other programs to use this playlist’s clips.
Scroll down and select Save changes.
