Program-level user access and permissions

Permissions are self managed

User access in Omny Studio is self-managed - if you require different permissions, please contact someone in your Organization with 'manage users' permissions. The instructions below can only be followed by users with 'manage users and permissions' rights.

Adding a new user to a program

You can also bulk invite program users.

1. Head to the 'Program users' menu here:

   

2. Click Add user to Program.

   

3. You can add existing Organization users by typing their name or new users by typing their email address.

   

4. Select Invite user to program to send an email invitation to the invitee. Once received they will be required to follow simple on-boarding steps. Existing users will immediately have access to the program.

5. Select the permission access options and save.
