- You must be using Megaphone Enterprise edition, which includes Metrics Export Service providing daily logs in a JSON formatted file.
- Use an S3 bucket that is accessible by both Megaphone and Triton Digital.
- Credentials for the S3 bucket can be different per-user and should be shared as discreetly as possible, such as by using a using a one-time password (OTP) or one-time authorization code (OTAC).
- The following access rights must be available to both Megaphone and Triton Digital:

Monitoring the Log Collection Process
After setup is complete and we are in production, any problems that arise will be managed through the Triton Digital Customer Support team, plus any other teams as necessary.
Triton Digital, the CDN, and the publisher will work together to detect any missing logs from the CMS/CDN. Triton Digital requires the ability to contact the CMS/CDN directly so we can open support tickets with them and keep the publisher involved (via email "CC"). The publisher is also responsible for contacting Triton Digital Customer Support immediately upon seeing suspicious or unusual numbers so we can quickly investigate and fix problems that might have been missed by our internal monitoring.
