Logging In and Logging Out
You log in to TAP through a web browser, usually via the Triton Digital Console. Your Triton Digital Client Success Manager or project manager will provide you with the login link, login name, and password. After logging in, you will be sent directly to TAP (depending on your role and login privileges).
Logging In if You Forget Your Password
If you forget your password, see Forgotten Password for instructions on how to set a new one.
Logging Out
To log out, click your username at the top right of the menu bar and select Log out.
Trouble Logging in?
If a newly created TAP user cannot log in, it could be due to a mismatch between their new TAP username and their Triton Console username. For more information, see Login Problems? Otherwise, contact Customer Support.
