Password reset goes through the Triton Settings login screen. If you click "Forgot Password?" from any other login screen, you are first sent to the Settings login screen where you click "Forgot Password" again to initiate the reset.
If you forget your password for one of the above-named Triton products, follow the steps below to reset it.
Click the Forgot Password? link on the login screen for the product you wish to log into.
You are redirected to the Triton Settings login screen. Enter your username (your email address) and click Continue.
On the next screen, click the Forgot password? link.
On the Forgot Your Password? screen, enter your email address and click Continue.
Check your email for instructions on how to reset your password.
