Station Manager Software
When applicable, Client shall install and use the latest version of the Station Manager Software as the encoder at the station/studio location. The hardware on which the Station Manager Software is installed shall meet or exceed the minimum requirements listed below. Also, be aware that these recommendations assume the use of constant bitrate mounts; adaptive bitrate mounts require more CPU resources, thereby reducing the stated mount limits.
Triton Digital highly recommends observing or exceeding the "minimum hardware requirements."

Be aware that installing and running other software might interfere with Triton Digital applications!
Client Equipment
During the Term of the Agreement, Client shall (i) ensure that Client Equipment is installed and maintained in accordance with Service Provider’s and manufacturer’s specifications, and any applicable industry standards and best practices; (ii) ensure that Client Equipment is compatible with the Services and does not interfere with or otherwise degrade Service Provider’s Network or Software; (iii) assume liability for all losses, risks and damage to Client Equipment; (iv) supply all the infrastructure, such as electrical outlets, grounding devices, and an anti-static environment required for the efficient and safe operation and maintenance of the Client Equipment.
“Client Equipment” means any and all hardware, software, network, infrastructure and any other type of equipment which is used in connection with the Services, whether owned by Client or a third-party, and which is not under the direct control of Service Provider.
Equipment Change
Client shall notify Service Provider prior to any change made to Client Equipment (as defined in "Client Equipment" above) or processes that may affect, directly or indirectly, the streaming or metadata output.
Radio Automation Software (RAS) Metadata
Client shall provide electronically to Service Provider the Radio Automation System Metadata synchronized to the audio content. The Radio Automation System Metadata must at all times:
- provide information about currently playing content;
- be sufficiently descriptive of each individual item playing out;
- be sent synchronously with audio content being played out;
- contain information relative to every Service provided to client:
- Streaming and delivery services require at a minimum:
- artist name; and
- title of musical content.
- Royalty reporter services require at minimum:
- title of the track, as listed on the commercially released recording;
- name of the featured artist, as listed on the commercially released recording;
- International Standard Recording Code (“ISRC”), or (if the ISRC is unavailable) the combination of both:
- the album name, and
- marketing label
- Advertising revenue services and Tap services require at a minimum:
- individual commercial breaks.
- Streaming and delivery services require at a minimum:
“Radio Automation System Metadata” (also known as “PAD data”, “program associated data”, “RAS data”, “now playing data”, “break data” or “cue points”) means a collection of information sent by various playout systems that allow Service Provider’s systems to perform and deliver certain functionalities such as: displaying information about the currently playing content, detecting ad breaks, aligning data to audio and other data driven activities such as populating the Royalty Reporting data.
