# TAP User Management

As a TAP Organization Administrator or Organization Programmatic Administrator, you can manage a user’s TAP account in **TAP > TAP Settings > Organization > Users**.

> Before you create a user in TAP, the user must already exist as a Triton user in [Triton User Management](/user/docs/triton-user-management). Create the Triton user first, which will then be verified by TAP when creating the TAP user.

## Content Access for TAP Users

You can manage the publisher, sub-publishers, markets, and stations that a TAP user may access. To do this, you specify content access in the user’s Triton account. This limits the user’s access to campaigns, flights, forecasts, affidavits, and other features in TAP, TAP Programmatic, and Manadge. For TAP accounts with the Organization Administrator role, Triton recommends giving the user full access to the organization so that the user can properly administer other TAP accounts.
