# User Management

As a Broadcast Administrator or Broadcast Manager, you can use Triton **Settings > User Management** to create or delete Triton accounts for users, modify their access privileges, and do other user management tasks.

> [!NOTE]
> Also see:
>
> - [TAP User Management](/user/docs/tap-user-management)

For security reasons, it is your responsibility to manage users. Triton Digital sets up one or more users in your organization with the Broadcast Administrator role. Your Broadcast Administrators must create and manage users in your organization. However, some user interface permissions cannot be granted to you, so to get access to these interfaces and products, please see [Contact Support](/user/docs/contact-support).

## Permissions and Access

A user’s role determines which permissions they have to use features in Triton applications. For details, see [Triton User Roles Matrix](/user/docs/triton-user-roles-matrix).

- Settings, [Triton Console](/user/docs/streaming-console-1), [Podcast Metrics](/user/docs/podcast-metrics-user-guide), [TAP](/user/docs/new-tap-user-guide), and [Manadge](/user/docs/manadge): You can specify the publishers, sub-publishers, markets, stations, and podcasts that a user may access.
- [Webcast Metrics](/user/docs/webcast-metrics): You can specify a user’s access to publishers, groups, and stations.
- Triton user management: Use the **Owner** setting in a Triton user account to specify the users that Broadcaster Administrators and Broadcaster Managers can view and manage. Broadcaster Administrators and Broadcaster Managers can only view and manage the Triton users that belong to their **Owner**. **Owner** is only for user management, it does not affect access to Triton applications or content.

## Access to TAP and TAP Programmatic

To grant access to TAP and TAP Programmatic, you must first create a Triton account for the user in **Settings > User Management**. This gives the user access to the Triton Digital platform. Then you can create a TAP account for the user in **TAP > TAP Settings > Organizations > Users**. For details, see [TAP User Management](/user/docs/tap-user-management).

> [!NOTE]
> The TAP username must be the email address in the user’s Triton user account.

A user’s [TAP role](/user/docs/user-roles) is independent of the user’s [Triton role](/user/docs/triton-user-roles-matrix). In other words, the user’s Triton role has no effect on the user’s TAP role.

## Access to Manadge

Manadge is an advanced programmatic revenue analytics platform. It is an extra paid service from Triton Digital. To grant a user access to Manadge, create a user in TAP. For details, see [Manadge for TAP Programmatic](/user/docs/manadge).

## Access to Omny Studio

Omny Studio provides in podcast management. User accounts for Omny Studio are independent of Triton user accounts. For details, see [Omny Studio User Management](/user/docs/omny-user-management).
