# Sellers.json

As a publisher or reseller with Triton Digital TAP Programmatic, you are included in the [sellers.json file](https://iabtechlab.com/sellers-json/) hosted by Triton Digital. This file follows the [IAB Tech Lab specification](https://iabtechlab.com/sellers-json/). It provides a transparent mechanism for buyers to discover all of the direct sellers or intermediaries in the selling of digital advertising with TAP Programmatic.

In most cases the default configuration of your entry in Triton’s sellers.json is correct. However, in some cases you might have to configure it. Typically, this is the case when you aggregate a number of publishers under your TAP Programmatic account, known as *intermediate* sellers. In this case you will probably have discussed the correct configuration of your entry in sellers.JSON with your DSP or someone at Triton Digital.

## Configure Your Entry in sellers.json

1. Go to **TAP > TAP Settings > Programmatic > sellers.json**.
2. Select a **Seller**type:
  - **Publisher**: You own the inventory and Triton Digital pays you directly.
  - **Intermediary**: You do not own the inventory and Triton Digital does not pay you directly.
  - **Both**: You are both a publisher and an intermediary. In other words, you sell your own inventory and you sell inventory owned by other entities.
3. If you selected **Intermediary**or **Both**, enter the following:
  - **ASI**: Advertising system identifier. This must match the value for OWNERDOMAIN in your ads.txt and ads-app.txt files. For details, see [Owner Domain](/user/docs/setting-up-adstxt-and-app-adstxt#owner-domain).
  - **SID**: This is the seller ID, and it must be the same ID that appears in OpenRTB requests.
4. Select **Save sellers.json**.
