# Share Clips with Other Programs

You can make a program’s clips available to other programs by sharing a playlist. This is useful when creating [an aggregate playlist](/user/docs/cross-program-playlist-sharing).

Sharing a playlist makes its clips available to all programs in an Omny Studio organization. However, a clip from a shared playlist stays in the program where it was created. Omny doesn’t copy shared clips that other programs use.

1. [Find the playlist](/user/docs/find-items) that contains the clips that you want to share.
2. In the playlist, select **Details**.
3. Scroll down to **Advanced settings**and expand it.
4. Check **Allow other programs to use this playlist’s clips**.
5. Scroll down and select **Save changes**.
