# Settings inheritance in Omny Studio

> How settings at Organization, Network, and Program level can be enforced on lower levels of settings.

In Omny, certain settings can be applied at a higher level than individual programs, allowing them to affect multiple programs across a network or entire organization. This enables publishers to centrally manage and control numerous programs efficiently.

The main pillars of Omny Studio are listed below, in a structural hierarchy: **1. Organization** **2. Network** **3. Program** **4. Playlist** **5. Clip**

The image below shows the settings identified in red that can be set at the Organization/Network/Program level and are applied to the levels under it.

> [!NOTE]
> Audio settings currently enforceable will apply to all programs within the organization.

Once a setting with Settings Inheritance has been set, it can be Locked by ticking the “Enforce setting across this network.

This setting can then no longer be changed at a lower level.
