# Schedule a Program to Record

Once you've set up the recording agent you're ready to start scheduling in **Program settings > Live recording**. Before you can schedule a program to record, you must have a live recording agent. See [Set up Live Recordings](/user/docs/setting-up-live-recordings-for-your-radio-station).

## Create a Schedule

A single live recording agent can be assigned to one or more programs across different times of the day.

1. [Find the program](/user/docs/find-items) you wish to configure
2. Select **Program settings > Live recording**.
3. Select the appropriate **Live recording agent** from the drop-down.
4. In **On-air schedule**, check the desired days and set the start and end time of the show.

The schedule’s time must be entered in the same time zone as the live recording agent, which appears above the schedule. You can configure a live recording agent’s timezone by editing the agent in **Organization settings > Live recording**.
5. If the schedule changes by day, select **Add schedule** to add other days and times.
6. Select **Save changes** when you’re done.
