# Required Functionalities

Each Service provided by Triton Digital may require certain functionalities. As a result, to ensure that you receive optimal Services, please review this section in order to determine what are the functionalities that apply to the Services you have ordered pursuant to your services agreement with Triton Digital. Please note that this section includes terms and conditions that are specific to your use of the Services provided to you by Triton and are in addition to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with Triton Digital. Therefore, this section shall form part of your services agreement with Triton Digital and you shall comply with the applicable minimum service requirements set forth in this Section.
