# Forgotten Password

You can change your password if you’ve forgotten it or for security reasons.

If you’ve forgotten your password for Manadge or Sounder, [contact Triton](/user/docs/contact-support).

## Change Your Password

1. Go to [Triton Login](https://tritondigital.com/client-login) and select **Login**for the Triton product you wish to change your password for.
2. Enter your email address for your account and select **Continue**.
3. When prompted for your password, select **Forgot Password** instead.
4. In **Forgot Your Password?**, enter your email address and select **Continue**.
5. Check your email for instructions on how to reset your password.

## Password Requirements

Your new password must contain the following:

- At least 8 characters
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one digit (0-9)
- At least one special character (!"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_{|}~]`)
