# Fixing the 2032 Player Error

Error 2032 is usually caused by one or more of the following problems:

- The browser's proxy settings are not valid
- The browser might be blocking the website (i.e., parental controls or some other type of site restrictions)
- The site's cookies may be corrupted
- The browser "add-ons" or "extensions" might be blocking the player
- The Windows registry might be corrupted

## To Resolve the Problem

There are a few things you can try to resolve the problem. In most cases, downgrading the browser is the most effective solution, but there are other, less drastic solutions that might work and should be tried first. These include:

- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Remove or disable any recent browser add-ons/extensions.
- (Windows only.) Delete the Windows registry entry for the browser experiencing the issue. *Back up your registry first, and do not attempt this unless you have some knowledge of Windows Registry editing!*
- Downgrade the browser (uninstall the current version and install the previous version).
