# Exporting a Forecasting Report

**To export a Forecasting report:**

1. Set up and run the report.
2. (Optional) Choose to include contending flights, ad quality rules, and/or exclusivity rules. (Each will appear on a separate sheet in the exported Excel file.)
3. Click **Export**.  
*Depending on how your browser is set up, you'll either receive the report directly into your Downloads folder or you'll be prompted for a location on your computer where the report will be saved*.
