# Diagnostics

If you need to troubleshoot Station Manager, you can generate a **ZIP file** containing diagnostic data that you can sent to Triton Digital Customer Support.

**To send diagnostic data to Customer Support:**

1. From the **Help** menu, select **Send diagnostic data**. ![diag-link](https://cdn.document360.io/7124b381-0a94-401a-abbd-9df9c4ea5dff/Images/Documentation/c5604c24-cc68-465a-adca-b1757619bdd4.png) A compressed file is generated in the following directory: **C:\Program Files (x86)\Triton Digital\Station Manager\Server\Data\** Filename: `diag_YYYYMMDD_HRMMSS.zip` (*where* `YYYYMMDD` *is today's date and* `HRMMSS` *is the exact time the report was created*).
2. Send the resulting file to [Customer Support](/user/docs/contact-support).
