# Diagnose Web Performance Issues

Sometimes internet service providers (ISPs) have temporary issues affecting service latency or bandwidth, causing pages to load slowly or uploads to take longer than usual.

If you are experiencing these issues, you can run a **network speed test** to help diagnose issues between your internet connection and our servers.

1. Open the [Cloudflare Internet Speed Test](https://speed.cloudflare.com/) page. The test will automatically start running.
2. Wait until all components of the test have completed (please do not switch to another tab or minimize the window in which you are running the test).
3. When the test is complete, download the results as a CSV file and send the file to [Contact Support](/user/docs/contact-support) along with an explanation of the problems you are experiencing.
