# Creative Manager Tips & Tricks

This article includes various tips and tricks to help you get the most out of the Triton Creative Manager.

## Uploading

If **uploading of creative fails**, make sure you are uploading actual creative files and not alias files from a cloud server, such as Dropbox "[Smart Sync](https://help.dropbox.com/sync/make-files-online-only)” files set as "online only."

## VAST URL

### Copying the VAST URL

You can **copy** a published creative's VAST URL:

1. Go to the creative in the flight.
2. From the **More options** menu, select **View VAST URL**.
3. In the VAST viewer that opens, click **Copy to clipboard**.

### Testing the VAST URL

You can **preview and test** the creative's VAST URL:

1. Go to the creative in the flight.
2. From the **More options** menu, select **View VAST URL**.
3. In the VAST viewer that opens, click **Preview VAST with…** and select a VAST tester.

> [!NOTE]
> The listed testers are third-party testers that open in a new browser tab. Testers can be useful for double-checking your creative setup (e.g., *Is the banner showing? Is it clicking through? Is it assigned to the appropriate audio?*) If you are using multiple audio creatives you might have to refresh several times as only one audio at a time will show in the tester. **Note that these testers are designed to show if the VAST URL is working; they won't necessarily guide you through fixing errors.**
