# Copy a Flight

When you copy a flight, TAP creates a new flight with most of the characteristics of the original. There are two ways to copy a flight:

- From the **Flight**list page, use the flight's options menu to select **Copy flight with creative** or **Copy flight without creative**
- From the flight’s page, select **Copy flight and... Copy with creative** or **Copy flight and... Copy without creative**.

The copied flight retains the following items from its original:

- **Flight name**. The word "copy" is appended; the new flight name can be edited.
- **Campaign**. The flight belongs to the original flight's campaign and cannot be changed.
- **Priority type**and **Priority level**. The type cannot be changed, but you can change the level.
- **Rate**and **Goal**. These can be edited.
- **Content type**, **position**, and **pacing**. These can be edited.
- **Capping**. This can be edited.
- **Targeting**. This can be edited.
- **Creative** if you selected the **with creative** option.

The following is not carried over into the copy:

- **Start** and **End** dates.
- **Creative** if you selected the **without creative** option.

> [!NOTE]
> When copying a flight with creative you must save the flight before you can edit the creative. The **Copying creative** message might remain on-screen until the flight is saved.

## Copy an All Content Access Flight as a Limited Content Access User

For information about users and content access, see [Content Access Control (CAC) and TAP](/user/docs/tap-user-management#cac-tap).

If a user with limited access wants to copy a flight that has its **All [Organization] stations/podcasts** selected, an error message appears in the copied flight warning that "Run of network is not allowed..."

1. Select**the****Only targeted stations/podcasts** radio button. Once this is selected you cannot re-select **All [Organization] stations/podcasts**.

2. Continue setting up the copied flight, such as selecting stations or podcasts to target, then save it.
